movement
This retreat features 3x daily movement practices and experiential exercises which aim to calibrate and enhance our capacity to sense and experience ourselves in the natural world.
As our sensory capacities increase we are able to perceive subtler aspects of ourselves and environment. This is an access point into expanded states of consciousness.
Movement styles include:
- Yoga (Kriya and Asana)
- Free-style Wrestling and BJJ
- Somatic Investigations
- Primal Play
- Contact Improvisation
Re-Wilding

This retreat is an opportunity to leave the conditioning of modern human life behind and re-immerse yourself in nature.
All accommodation is camping style, with a big bonfire to warm you at night. 'Re-wilding skills' sessions will be offered during the retreat for those interested,
Re-wilding skills include:
- plant food/ medicine foraging
- weaving from natural fibres
- identification of weaving material
- creating fire via hand-drilling
